2. Service Usage

3. Credits

Rich Off Parts® operates on a credit-based system.

• One (1) credit is deducted for each vehicle or automotive part research performed.
• Credits are consumed once a search is submitted, regardless of the search results returned.
• Users are responsible for managing their available credit balance.
• Unused credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Automotive resale markets are constantly changing. Sell-through rates, pricing trends, demand, and inventory levels fluctuate over time.

Because our Service relies on Internet marketplace data and third-party sources:

• Results may vary.
• Information may change without notice.
• Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

• Changes in market conditions
• Differences between estimated and actual sales performance
